Role and Responsibilities :
- Key focus areas will involve leading a team of marketing managers who are responsible for product positioning and messaging, product awareness and adoption as well as playing a key role in user-research - both at product discovery stage and post-launch.
- Work closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders, championing the product marketing narrative with a user-first approach
- Lead the org to develop a powerful user-centric, behavioral -science-based messaging culture and experiments to unlock stronger growth and value
Requirements :
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing / Product Marketing / Growth Marketing with relevant work experience in scaled up start-ups.
- Superlative ability to articulate the essence of products and the value they build by developing a strong narrative and content strategy plan
- Experience in improving customer experience, creating user journeys, garnering consumer insights, eliminating pain points, developing product marketing strategies and crafting compelling messages across marketing channels
- Gained exposure in managing the design, implementation & delivery of solutions in Agile Framework
- Expertise in business planning, strategy development, program management, market research, data analysis and creating product roadmap to meet business objective
- Budget planning & ensuring budget is wisely allocated across different marketing channels to achieve maximum ROI
- Work closely with demand team to understand bijnis & grow B2B orders through paid marketing maintaining positive ROI
