Responsibilities: - Work with business stakeholders, engineers and designers to deliver delightful customer experiences through our core marketplace product - Drive numbers around the conversion funnel, across user journey for buyers and sellers - Drive user research, interrogate data and come up with hypotheses. Test these through structured experiments and incorporate the insights into the product - Drive critical decisions around feature designs - Work with the growth team to drive cost efficient scaling up - Perform quality controls on products post release - Create support/training documents for internal and external users - Be part of devising the product roadmap for the company Required: - 3-5 years of relevant Experience in product, business, analytics or engineering - A mix of analytical and solutioning bent of mind - Strong sense of product design and execution - Ability to drive consensus through data and communication - Ability to priorities and focus in ambiguous situations - Attention to detail - Excellent communication and writing skills - Software product shipping experience is a bonus About the Company : Founded in April 2019, Bijak is a B2B marketplace for suppliers and buyers across India's Agri value chain.
