Talent Acquisition Manager Role Description Bijak is looking to build its Talent Acquisition vertical as we look to rapidly scale across 20+ states in India, along with our varied service offerings. The candidate will lead: - Talent acquisition (across all functions) and people development to support the company's growth - Design internal systems (tools, policies, frameworks, etc.) and employee review processes (performance metrics, career growth planning, promotion structures, etc.) - Develop organizational structure and reporting mechanisms - Develop an open culture, in which people can trust each other and foster organization values - The ideal candidate should have at least 6-8 years of experience in HR or related roles - Comfort to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision - Zeal to be a part of the long-term growth trajectory of an early-stage technology start-up Competitive Compensation : We believe in compensating with above market salaries for the particular position.
