Bijak - AVP/VP - Lending - Unsecured Loans

- Own & Drive the end-to-end product strategy and growth for the lending vertical at Bijak along with the founders

- Creating a strong alternative credit model based on Bijak's data lake & transaction history

- Understand the user needs and identify current gaps in the system

- Build the strategy to create a profitable loan book for lending business vertical

- Liaising with lenders like Banks, NBFCs and credit bureaus etc.

- Closely collaborate with treasury, technology, operations and the credit team

- If needed, interface with external partners/aggregators/government bodies/financial institutions in order to get clarity on the path forward & deliver within aggressive deadlines

The Successful Applicant

- 8-15 years of experience in unsecured B2B/MSME lending

- experience of digital lending is an added advantage

- functional knowledge of all aspects of lending such as credit, collections, sales, product
