Biguine India - Senior Marketing/Brand Executive (2-6 yrs)
Essential skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, with demonstrated success in developing and executing effective strategies.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional copywriting and editing abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Certifications in social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Social Media) are a plus.
About the Role:
Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across various platforms
- Monitor and adapt strategies based on industry trends, user behaviour, and platform algorithm changes
- Help in Ideation of monthly on-ground events and covering them on social media
Content Creation and Management:
- Lead the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging and relevant content for all social media channel
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content
- Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all social media platforms.
- Shoot simple Transition reels for social media (self-shot phone content)
Audience Engagement and Community Management:
- Foster and nurture an active and engaged social media community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and personable manner.
- Encourage user-generated content and participation through contests, challenges, and interactive campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Generate regular reports to measure the success of campaigns and provide insights for future optimizations
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing, communications, and other departments to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
Innovation and Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to capitalize on new opportunities.
