Responsibility :

- Should be able to create the company's supply chain strategy for seamless experience

- Inventory Planning and Demand Forecasting, Vendor Management, 3PL Management - Daily Indenting and 3PL coordination for timely dispatch of orders

- Should be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure demand fulfilment

- Should have prior managerial experience leading a team of 3 to 5 resources

- Can start from scratch to identify and execute the automation and digitization of this function

- Able to deliver cost efficiency solution through continuous improvement

- Should be able to create a clear road map for existing and new horizon's supply

- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

- Able to gauge competitive pricing structure to make the function more favourable in terms of cost, delivery etc

Requirement

- Bachelor degree or similar courses certification in supply chain management, logistic

- 4- years of experience in supply chain management, preferably worked in startups

- Should have worked on domestic and international assignment

- Hands on experience on relevant software

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

Base Location: Ahmedabad

Notice Period : One month or immediate joining

Compensation : up to 12 L/anm
