Responsibilities:
- Brand ownership - from setting up the Brand voice & its strategy to setting up style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, brand packaging, and value proposition for the short and long term.
- P&L ownership for the brand including category management, product pricing and unit-economics
- Brand strategy, that is data-led with brand positioning responsibility
- Competitive landscape mapping, pricing, menu engineering and new product development
- Ability to run and end to end branding campaign from scratch including developing value proposition, creative communication, media distribution and tracking campaign ROI
- Working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Growth, Cluster and Business Heads, Culinary) to ensure long-term profitability and growth of vertical
- Ability to generate consumer insights from the feedback of consumers and channels to improve brand positioning
- Ownership of customer experience - Look after the feedback and ratings across all platforms and work with the operations and culinary team to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with 3+ years of experience in category management, brand management and/or P&L role
- Prior experience in brand positioning preferred (Preferably in Food & Beverages, E-commerce or D2C)
- Strong operational, analytical, and numerical skills and ability to use data effectively for devising an executable strategy
- Good Leadership skills, problem-solving attitude, eye for detail and agility to work in a fast-paced environment
