About BIGHIT :

Big-Hit aims to create a platform for athletes from different sports, across geographies can come and showcase their talent and benefit from each other. The platform also enables them to develop more robust chance to succeed at a higher level by delivering on multiple fronts: visibility, creating fan base, financial support, career guidance, technical support, coaching, infrastructure.

Big-Hit's mission is to develop a 3600 sports eco-system around multiple sports in India comprising of Players, Supporters and all other stakeholders, thus providing an equal-opportunity, self-sustaining platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead a team with junior social media freshers.

- Manage social media pages

- Create content for running Ads on different platforms

- Track performances of different Ads and improvise channels

- Be a POC for agencies to run campaigns

- Be creative and use non traditional ways of marketing to improve App downloads.
