We are looking at a driven business development candidate for the role of SENIOR MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOR BFSI who can do the following.

- Identify sales leads, pitch our products & services to new clients, do meetings and maintain a good working relationship with existing contacts in Banking industry.

- Prior banking related experience in selling and running campaigns is preferred

- Close deals with multiple banks by interacting with product and marketing heads of the organisation - both decision makers and influencers in banking products (Cards, loans, digital banking etc)

- Strategize and onboard banks for long-term offer programs with banks like dining programs, card offers etc.

- Candidate must plan & execute creative consumer marketing campaigns for banking and banking related brands

- Candidate must have excellent communication skills and must be very good at building networks, making connections, building relationships, and pursuing opportunities.

- Achieve annual, quarterly & monthly sales targets

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prospecting clients & researching about the banking industry, and setting up meetings.

- Prepare specific client pitch materials, including RFP responses

- Enable partner success through relationship management, cross-functional planning, and analytical insights and support

- Develop strategies and business plans for meeting growth and revenue milestones with banking clients

- Create scalable programs for onboarding new partners

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years relevant experience. MBA from a premier institute (though not mandatory) will be preferred.

- Prior industry-related business development experience in banking. Experience in concept sales - experience in selling bespoke solutions to marketers in India

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Extraordinary presentation are mandatory for this position

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies

- Focused and goal-oriented

- An eye for detail and a solid understanding of the diverse range of marketing strategies across the banking sector.
