Minimum 8-10 years of work experience working with a wide range of brands in an agency setup 2. Must have advanced knowledge about creative and design and be well versed with all the relevant software. Must also be a creative designer, too. 3. It is important that the candidate must have handled a team of designers in the past. 4. Must have handled creatives for a digital agency predominantly and be well versed in mobile and website design. Sound knowledge in designing mobile UI/UX is a must. 5. Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment to deliver brand campaigns within competitive deadlines. 6. Must have a strong portfolio of running ad campaigns, brand, visual design and designing UI/UX for marketing platforms. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Overlook all design output for internal and brand campaigns that are run at BigCity. 2. Supervise, drive and manage a team of designers and content and be responsible for their output 3. Will be the POC internally for all design work and will coordinate with the client servicing and the marketing team to churn our campaign creatives, microsite/website creatives and any marketing related activities like newsletters, emailers etc. 4. Will be responsible for UI strategies both internally and with clients 5. Work with sales teams on creating creative pitch decks made for pitches for brands 6. Come up with marketing strategies from a design POV to reach out to our clients.
