BigBasket.com - City Head - IIM/MDI/ISB (6-10 yrs)
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven people to head our Subscription business in Bangalore, Noida, Kolkata and Ahmedabad. Interested candidates should have the capability to scale in a startup environment with high growth potential and become a part of its success story.
Some prerequisites for the position are:
- City Head/ Regional Business Manager level experience from FMCG/Telecom/Ecommerce
- Experience: 6 to 10 years.
- Preferably from a top B school (engineering degree will be a plus)
- Experience in handling both Sales & Marketing and the Operations in a city/region.
- Strategic planning and initiatives to achieve targets.
- Very good communication and strong analytical skills.
- Strong people management skills
- Thrives in competitive environment to drive teams to deliver targets
- Proactively design process and systems for customer centric solutions
- Oversee the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet customer expectations.
- Provide direction & Guidance to the Sales & Operations teams.
- Ownership of P & L of the city and make growth plans in conjunction with all the teams and ensure targets are met.
- Ensuring organizational effectiveness by showcasing leadership qualities.
