Level of Experience: - Individuals having capability to scale in a startup environment with high growth potential and become a part of its success story. - Experience of 3 - 5 years in FMCG/Telecom/Ecommerce OR enthusiastic entrepreneurs - motivated to work in high dynamic growth environment. Qualification: MBA graduates with experience in Sales and Operations domain. Skills Required: Bias to action, strong analytical mindset, customer understanding, understanding of P&L fundamentals, strong communication skills and execution efficiency. Job Purpose: - This role is responsible for carrying out activities towards bringing in new customers, retention and managing operations for bb daily and taking the business growth forward for the designated area. - The role will require individuals to work in close collaboration with the business teams at the region and across corporate thereby providing them high visibility and potential. Individuals are expected to put on their entrepreneurial and innovative hats. The position requires the candidates to : - Strategically plan sales and operational excellence via initiatives to achieve targets. - Have hands on experience in data efficiency - Strong people management skills and effective in handling a team of 30-35 people. - Understand and thrive in a competitive environment to drive teams to deliver targets - Proactively design process and systems with customer centric solutions thereby insuring sales and operational growth at the designated area. - Effectively anchor Stakeholder Management by overseeing the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet customer expectations. - Provide direction & Guidance to the Sales & Operations teams which would be reporting to this position. - Take ownership of P & L of the city and make growth plans in conjunction with all the teams and ensure targets are met. - Ensure organizational effectiveness by showcasing leadership qualities
