Job Purpose - - To drive Big Laundry's P&L (only B2C segment) - To manage Big Laundry's Factory operations - To manage Logistics operations for ensuring pick ups and delivery of garments happens as per schedule - To retain existing customers and service new customers (B2C) - To manage customer service operations to solve customers issues - To make strategies to generate new customers (B2C) - To make strategies to retain existing customers (B2C) - To manage the Tech team for continuous innovation - Developing high quality business strategies and plans for Big Laundry's growth ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives - Leading and motivating subordinates to retain and to advance employee engagement develop a high performing work culture - Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission of the company Primary duties and responsibilities - - The COO will supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of Big Laundry business. - The COO will be promoted as CEO based on the performance. - Perform other duties as and when assigned
