Job Purpose -&nbsp; - To drive Big Laundry's P&amp;L - Developing high quality business strategies and plans for Big Laundry's growth ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives - Leading and motivating subordinates to retain and to advance employee engagement develop a high performing work culture - Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission of the company Primary duties and responsibilities -&nbsp; - The CEO will supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of Big Laundry business. The CEO will be the first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success. - A prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the - big picture- in a variety of settings. They will take actions to enhance the company's cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective. The goal is to drive the company's development and guide it towards long-term success. - Accountable for the P&amp;L of the business - Leading to achieve revenue, market share, profitability and other strategic objectives - Hire and develop high caliber individuals, who can deliver exceptional customer experience, growth and sustain the same - Maximizing operational efficiency to provide the highest results - Contribute to the management layer by suggesting product and growth strategies through insights and innovative ideas. - Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase the profitability - Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop business solutions - Optimize key revenue drivers, metrics for services, and ensuring improvement in P&amp;L. Pro-actively suggest measures to improve product support flows. - To identify new areas of opportunity beyond current organizational thinking - Perform other duties as and when assigned
