Big Data Role - Banking

Skill sets required:

1. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Solution Designing / Reporting within Banking / Financial Services / Consulting / Analytics Industry

2. Experience in leading teams delivering on key business initiatives

3. Effectively communicate strategic considerations with team, partners and senior management.

4. People management experience mandatory

5. Working experience in Visualization tools like Tableau/Cognos will be preferred.

6. Very strong in Python/PySpark programming & Hadoop Systems

Technical know-how preferred on - SAS, Tableau, VBA, CRM systems - like Salesforce etc.

Responsibilities:

- Candidate will play a solution architect role in migrating the traditional SAS based campaign delivery system to state of the art Platform on big data eco-system

- Proven experience in creating robust delivery system covering the key objectives as automation, quality controls & governance

- The candidate should be able to build & implement strategy for delivering customer communications using decision engines

- Executing the plan for deploying analytical models to aid real time decision making

- Play Techno Functional role by providing technical solution to a business problem

- Adoption of Visualization tool for monitoring the offers data for cross product offers sent to customers

- Understand the Business, independently manage end-to-end project communication with business partners, mentor junior analysts, lead by example etc. and display a proactive learning attitude

- Act as techno functional architect to implement campaigns on Big Data Platform to send right offer to right customers for multiple banking products like Cards, Loans and Retail etc.

- Suggest robust programming solutions using Pyspark/Python

- Integration of multiple data sources (including model scoring, offers, customers feedback, real time decision making - Basic understanding of Machine learning and Data Mining) into - Big-data eco-systems for successful execution of campaigns

- Design & implement governance framework to support the banking audit & compliance needs

- Strategise and implement robust Campaign Management Platform for New Development / EAP (Big data) User Story Implementation

- Adoption / Migration of traditional SAS based campaign delivery system to EAP/Big data Platform
