Brief Description : The Group Account Director is the national lead for all key accounts, key account managers, account managers and client operations for BigCity, nationally. With a core focus on fulfillment and smooth functioning of our promotional campaign operations, Spread across 200+ Brands ( annually) in 3 offices you will be responsible for all post sales operations for BigCity. You will manage a team of 3 group account heads ( all with 10+ years of work ex) and multiple account managers across regions. Role is based out of our head office in Bangalore. Job Requirements and Responsibilities: - Handling all post sales tasks for all promotional projects @BigCity - Will need to manage all group account heads across 3 regions. - Handling a team of 10+ account managers - Coordination with multiple internal teams (Operations, Tech, Creatives, Copy, Fulfillment) - Key Account Management and Setting up processes for smooth running of multiple programs. - Responsible for smooth execution of all the campaigns under the Servicing team - Work with management team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients. - Contribute to clients business growth by identifying new opportunities. - Escalation Management - Responsible for future business generation from existing clients. - Will work on multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the organization. - Perform senior-level client negotiation and management skills, with clear and excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills.
