Bid Manager (5-7 yrs)

Gurgaon/Gurugram Job Code: 975396

We are looking for a Bid Manager for an MNC based in Gurgaon.

The core skills and experience required, but not limited to, are:

- Assessing, planning and coordinating a pitch/bid process, supervising the input of the different teams.

- Liaising with internal and external customers to obtain relevant information.

- Preparing high-quality client proposals, including bids/pitch submissions, pre-qualification questionnaires, presentations and evaluations.

- Editing texts so that they match customer demand.

- Fill out EOI/PQQ/ITTs with standard company information.

- Coordination of document design and layout.

- Coordinating the internal standard information database so that it continuously contains the most current information and best practices.

- Facilitate strategy meetings of internal stakeholders

- Partner with business lines to position key content messages and form a client-centric compelling story for qualified top opportunities

- Run pitch rehearsals as required

- Support other global hubs - EMEA and America's with RFP responses

Qualifications and requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or above

- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with proven track record in pitch/bid management (knowledge of the Real estate industry particularly corporate real estate would be an advantage)

- Experience in similar role preferred.

- Excellent English writing skills

- Proficient, organized, with a strong focus on quality output

- Work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail

- Self-starter, proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision

- Excellent at handling multiple tasks, multiple stakeholders and competing demands in a corporate environment

- Strong ability to communicate effectively through all mediums and at all levels, both internally and externally

- Culturally aware and comfortable working in an international corporate environment

- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal clients

- Advanced computer skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Experience in Excel, InDesign and SharePoint will be advantageous.
