Responsibilities :
1. Sales Volume Growth by driving retail distribution & strengthening Sales Infrastructure
2. Execute Marketing Plan for Visibility & Promotion. Tapping new markets & increase productivity.
3. Managing Distributors Profitability & identify new distributors.
4. Follow All the reporting standards & Protocols
5. Execution of Rebate Programs
6. Monitoring performance of team Members & guiding them to improve their deliveries.
Candidate Profile :
1. Overall Relevant experience of 4 -7 yrs
2. MBA - Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute
