Position - Sr. Manager Compensation & Benefits
Reporting to - Head HR CP Business
Job Description:
1. Driving the Compensation & Benefits strategy for Organization :
- Formulates & executes the compensation policies and benefits framework for the organization.
- Leads the Total Remuneration Review exercise and partners with stakeholders
- Formulates & executes the compensation policies and benefits framework for the organization
2. Best in Class framework execution & industry benchmarking
- Manages regular compensation surveys/ bench-marking exercises to remain market competitive with respect to talent management.
3. Payroll Management :
- Leads the monthly payroll management for both Commercial & Manufacturing teams in India
4. Budgeting & Tracking :
- Works within guidelines to create and monitor budgeting exercise.
- Monitors, tracks & prepares periodic MIS and analytics as per BIC reporting structure.
5. Leading the Increment Cycle :
- Leads yearly Increment Cycle.
