We at BIC CELLO INDIA are looking for Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive the MT business across PAN India

Purpose of the Role : Managing Key Accounts of multi-brand Modern Trade stores across India

Business Performance :

- Increase sales of Company's products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts systems and policies.Establishing and maintaining relation with top corporate clients to achieve targets. Handling business planning, operations & analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business

Data Analytics :

- Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements together with the customer team in order to reach best results

Activation and Trade marketing :

- Improve display share and to ensure adequate presence of products at point of sale with a view to increase the share of shelf and create more visibility solutions in-store

Tracking of Competition :

- Provide feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and competitor activities so as to facilitate quick and appropriate response

Leadership :

- Effective handling of Merchandiser and Promoters, managing internal relation with various departments, end to end process closure, right from portfolio planning to IOM follow ups with the plant to tracking payments. Talent for proactively identifying & resolving problems, controlling costs, maximizing productivity & delivering profit increases

Planning and Control activities:

- Evaluate market environment constantly and provide feedback and proposals for development/enhancement as per the requirement.

- Engaged in Client Management and Relation Building of Potential Key Accounts/Existing Key accounts

Inventory management :

- In-stock + Fill rates management Effective Inventory Management by planning, supervising and managing every aspect of demand plan, ensuring timely stock-in & stock-out of products. To follow up stock level (inventory) on customer level and provide sell out solutions

Activation of New accounts :

- Speak to chains where Cello isnt present and try and activate the partner by creating a TOT proposal and signing it off first to start business Prepare a list of SKUs which need to be listed and do it in the most efficient manner possible Manage these new accounts with a view to deriving sustainable business through the TOT route

Reporting to: Head - Alternate Channels

MBA from a tier 1/2 institution with a minimum of 2-7 years of Key accounts experience
