Purpose of the Job :
Design and execution of the visual merchandising program for the organization
Key Result Areas for the Incumbent :
- Process Responsibilities
- Design & implemenmtation of national VM calendar
- Direction of optimum instore presentation of Biba merchandise
- Can independently direct design of instore sign/graphic program
- Can independently direct instore presentation norms
- People Management Responsibilities
- Delivery of VM support to reatail sales, merchandising, buying, and projects teams
- Is authorized to train VM and retail sales staff on VM norms
- Can recommend hiring of new staff
- Can recommend developmental and staff retention activities suitable for VM team
- Financial Responsibilities
- Should manage the annual VM budget

- Will interact with functional heads of Retail Merchandise, Marketing, Projects, Design & Operations.
