Copy & Creative Strategist at BI WORLDWIDE India is an integrated role responsible for copy & content development along with leading the creative strategy & planning for client marketing programs as per the brief and statement of work. Winning creative pitches, mandates and supporting client servicing and design teams with creative copy, ideas and campaigns is organic to this role to drive business results.

This role is apt for you, if you are driven by copy, personalized content, consumer insights, creativity and brand strategies that lead to bigger ideas and bolder results. You are expected to work on creative campaigns, content development, provide strategic directions to clients/client servicing teams and push for creative strategies that influence human behavior to drive results.

Key Skill Set :

- Copy and content development for B2B/B2C audiences/markets/industries

- Creative ideation, pitch and implementation - presentation skills

- Online/Print Campaign strategy & planning

- Cross-functional collaboration and managing client/internal teams' expectations

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Write, edit and proofread copy/content for all the collateral's (print/digital) and responsible for high quality and zero-error delivery of the copy/content

- Translating communication briefs into inspiring creative strategies and implementation plan that offers measurable results

- Participate in brainstorming discussions, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution of new and existing client programs

- Thorough knowledge and hands on experience with campaign conceptualization, planning and execution

- Cross-functional team coordination and interaction to understand creative & design brief and campaign objectives

- Must be able to demonstrate, understand and be proficient in managing all phases of creative design and development process

- Planning and scheduling creative development requirements as per client project/program timelines

- Present strategies around insights gathered from in-depth understanding of the brand, consumers' feelings, attitudes and behaviors mapped using design thinking methodologies

- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently - and most importantly within agreed SLAs
