- Client Management and Business Development experience

Academic Qualification - Chartered Accountant

Job Responsibilities -

Tax Compliance:

- Reviewing submission for assessment and transfer pricing proceedings and appearing before assessing officer and various other authorities.

- Vetting return of incomes and TDS returns for individuals, partnership firms, HUF, companies etc.

- Reviewing responds to letters and making compliances to queries of department.

- Manage and coordinate Tax Audits

Litigation and Representation:-

- Handling CIT (appeals), tribunal and high court matters.

- Reviewing submissions and paper books for matters before various appellate authorities.

Tax Advisory, Structuring and Planning:

- Providing advisory over domestic / International Taxation / Transfer pricing matters.

- Transfer pricing and International Taxation: Domestic and international transfer pricing audit (including preparing study report) and assessments/appeals.

- Advisory and planning over tax structures and evaluating the taxability for the structures.

Business Development:

- New client acquisition.

- Existing client cross selling

Client Servicing :

- Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.

- Identify and mitigate tax risks.

- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.

- Team Management

- Mentoring & Guiding tax team.

- Reviewing Performance of team members.
