Tax Compliance :

- Assisting the Manager for drafting submissions for assessment/reassessment proceedings and appearing before assessing officer and various other authorities.

- Preparing returns of incomes for individuals, partnership firms, HUF, companies etc.

- Preparing letters and correspondences prepared for compliances to notices of department.

- Search & Seizure :

- Assisting the manager for analysis of seized material, statement recorded on oath, etc.

- Assisting the manager in drafting submission and clarifications to summons received from Investigation wing.

Litigation & Representation :

- Assisting the Managers/Partners for CIT (appeals), tribunal and high court matters.

- Assisting in drafting submissions and preparing paper books for matters before various appellate authorities.

- Thorough research for technical and legal issues in the appeal matters.

Other Areas :

- Supporting Manager/ Assistant Manager in day to day assignments.

- Solving day to day queries of client in consultant with Manager. Advisory assignments for allocated clients.

- Review of Tax Audit Report, etc.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant - CA

Exp: Min 5 yrs in search & seizure assignments

Must have worked with consulting firms.
