What we are looking for ? The - MIS & Data Analytics- position will be responsible for management of all aspects of data and information (both structured and unstructured) from business requirements to logical and physical design. Job Description and Role : 1). Providing insights and developing strategies for MIS and aligning to business objectives in all stages of product life cycle. 2). Build and deploy forecasts and report business key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior leadership and partner with the stakeholders to deliver relevant analysis and insights. 3). Write, drive, and prioritize thoughtful and detailed functional specifications for real-time operational and performance analytics using open source streaming technologies 4). Deploy reporting and analytics within a focused area of the company's business value stream to enable data driven business decisions that will drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of annual goals. 5). Preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making. 6). Project manage and deliver large analytics projects with multiple business stakeholders on firm deadlines. 7). Utilize expertise with business partners to collaborate with key partners to understand requirements, drive knowledge into action and support data driven decision making. 8). Document and communicate systems/analytics changes to the business, translating complex functionality into business relevant language. 9). Support and troubleshoot issues (process & system), identify root cause, and proactively recommend sustainable corrective actions. 10). Preparation of various other reports which provide business insights and are key business 11). Conducting meetings and presentations to share dashboards and ideas. Desired Candidate Profile : 1). Graduate / MBA (Preferred from Tier 1/2 institute) with specialisation / certification in Data Analytics. 2). 6 - 10 years in Data Analytics (DA). 3). As an - Individual Contributor- (IC) have ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them determine acceptable solutions. 4). Excellent communication skills. 5). Advanced technical skills. 6). Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 7). Have ability to manage change and to work under stress. 8). Be curious to learn and continuously demonstrate subject expertise by updating technical knowledge. 9). Be a good team player and comfortable with Agile methodologies and principles and/or have experience working in an Agile team.
