Drive the sales and marketing function at the circle with the objective of maximizing profit : - Initiate and drive the - go to market- strategy in alignment with guidelines set by the Head S&amp;M towards development of strong relations with operator companies. - Develop new business and maintain profitability of the existing business levels with the Operator companies for all relevant service areas. - Contribute in planning for quarterly and monthly budgets for the S&amp;M function. - Scan the external environment, identify the global benchmarks, and understand the business environment &amp; drivers for growth. - Keep abreast with the passive infrastructure market trends - Competition, Pricing, Products &amp; Innovation Build and manage relationships with the key stakeholders in the Operator companies: - Actively interact with the Operator Companies to discuss future business plans and get insight into their growth plans and financial constraints. - Provide inputs in planning for the business growth, keeping in view the operator company requirements and their future growth plan so as to align customer and Infratel growth. - Organize regular review meetings with the leadership team of the Opco- s(as and when necessary) to ensure the smooth running of the business. - Focus on the customer needs and build a strong relationship with the customers at a personal level with the objective of generating more business. - Interact with the existing, new and potential key customers to increase their knowledge about the existing and new services being provided by Bharti Infratel Ensure that the revenue and sales targets are met on time : - Ensure that the S&amp;M team meets the revenue and profit and loss targets as defined in their KPI's on time. - Keep track of the expenditure incurred S&amp;M team at the circle and find ways of reducing the operational cost - Monitor the timely collection of the bills form the customers. - Resolve and customer billing issues in coordination with the circle finance team. - Ensure sending of the weekly reports to the Corporate S&amp;M team on the collection status at the circle. Continuously engage with the internal teams and Corporate office : - Actively interact with the internal functional teams to ensure synchronization of the business activities and smooth running of the business. - Engage with the Corporate S&amp;M team to discuss the future growth plans or the queries and take directions on future course of action. - Engage and follow up with the S&amp;M team at the circle on daily basis to review their performance and guide them in resolving issues. - Provide timely reports to the Head S&amp;M regarding the progress of S&amp;M function and the circle with regard to the status of the sites .
