Senior Manager - Product Management
To assist the product & pricing head in managing the product portfolio, driving the product mix across channels, to ensure product profitability, help channel meets their NBI target, and support partnership initiatives (going on BD calls, if required).
- Drive the product launch process from concept preparation to product tracking post product launch.
- Ensures that the time to market for products meets the target.
- Delivers the desired success rates (no. of successful products/no. of products launched) of the new products.
- Responsible for delivering targeted new product training.
- Project Management for all activities related to Product Development
- Ensures quality of governance gate and IRDA documents for new/modified products
- To keep track of sales (target v/s actuals)
- MBA preferably marketing with 7+ years of experience in insurance product development (Life/General) or has worked with a Bank/NBFC.
- The person should ideally be in a similar role as stated in JD for at least a year.
