Purpose of the Job:

To define and transform people processes to provide a delightful and engaging user experience, thereby enhancing productivity of all stakeholders. This may include aspects such as: re-engineering, automation processes and technology solutions.

What will you do?

Design and define the user journey for the process for all stakeholders:

- Leading business owners to define process future state and ROI

- Work with COEs and HRBPs:

- To define User journey for all stakeholders

- Review existing processes and fine-tune them in line with user journey expectations and best practices

- Define the business case / benefits for transformation

- Define process execution methodology for each step and stakeholder by leveraging technology

- Where tech solutions not implemented or implementable, defining in detail all possible aspects of manual interventions with ownerships and timelines to ensure flawless execution and delivery of the desired outcome

 - Lead the definition/documentation of the to-be processes; define/document tool requirements, data changes, business rules, metrics, and training to achieve - to be- process

- Deliver exceptional user journey by leveraging technology within timelines and budget:

- Direct each initiative through the full life-cycle, to include: Design, Build, Testing, Training, Deployment, Cutover, Issue Resolution, Risk Mitigation, through to project closure.

- Works with IT team to draw out the project plan and product road map

- Work with COE teams / HRBPs / IT team and Vendors to define the product specifications

 - Project manages the product development journey and ensures completion within timelines and budget

- Works with COE teams / HRBPs to have test cases in place for testing during UAT stage

- Undertakes UAT and ensures product readiness for SIT before product feature go-live

- Enables self-service on all aspects of the process that have in-built notifications and reminders to reduce follow-up time of key resources

- Work with Analytics team to ensures proper dashboards are in place to understand user adoption rate, problem areas and highlights

Use innovative ways to drive adoption and usage:

- Undertakes change management activities related to process and systems changes

- Prepares training content and ensures delivery of the same to the user and stakeholders for adoption

- Prepares and executes communication plan along with IC team to ensure change management, user awareness and user adoption

Review and track usage, compliance to process and seek feedback for process re-engineering:

- Ensures compliance adherence by various users and reviews deviations for corrections either in user journey or user mindset

- Review & track the implemented user journey for delightful experience

- Review against the business case and productivity improvements

- Undertakes programs to gather feedback from end users on their experiences

Skills Required:

- Ability to apply design thinking principles to review existing processes for re-engineering and new process implementation

- Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.

- Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.

- Superior organizational abilities and project management skills, and strong team player

- Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities while executing on numerous deliverables simultaneously

Qualification & Experience :

Must Have: 4 - 9 Years relevant experience

Must Have: MBA Regular
