Roles and responsibilities :

- Handle HR operations and ensure compliance with all payroll related statutory requirements

- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

- Understanding the culture of the organization to develop and implement communications, events, and engagement plan

- End-to-end performance management and regularly initiate rewards and recognition

- Formulate HR policies and ensure smooth implementation and management of the same

- Undertake L&D initiatives for the employees

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

-Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements and to improve employee experience- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies

-Handle administrative business processes for smooth office functioning

- Developing operational reporting and dashboards as and when required

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management

- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast-paced environment and work independently

- Working knowledge of any HRMS or any ERP

- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
