BharatPe - Regional Solution Manager - Channel Finance Credit Solutions (4-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of NTB Distributor's on board through leveraging existing QR/POS merchant's relationship for Channel Financing Business
- Coordinate with team of Field Executives, Team Leaders, Sales Managers and ASM's to leverage Channel Financing Business
- Focus on the Book Building and Portfolio Management. (Limit Utilization, Timely revolving of limits, Interest servicing and exit management of stress accounts)
- Driving the strategic direction as well as business delivery for the Channel Finance Business for the Region
- Responsibility for the entire Lead to Disbursement Funnel and operational efficiency, setting up strong processes to ensure high success rates for Logins, Sanctions and Disbursals with minimum TAT
- Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Focus on the Product Cross sales - QR/POS to retailers, Investment Account, Easy Loans & Gold Loans and Insurance
Must have Skills:
Retail Lending, Understanding of Supply Chain ecosystem- Manufacturing- Distributor - Retailer Invoice funding, Payable and Receivable Finance. Unsecured Lending (Business Loans) and Working Capital Revolving Credit
Other Skills:
- Banking, NBFC, Customer Satisfaction, Sales Management
- Comfort with Technology and having exposure to digital business models will be strong positive
