Job Purpose:

- Key member of the PMO team that is responsible for outlining key strategic initiatives and business plan of new vertical and working with different stakeholders to ensure execution of project plan

- This role requires a high degree of problem solving and analytical skills, project management skills, along with the ability & maturity to navigate multiple stakeholders

- The role is similar to a Strategy team/ Project management office role, albeit in a fast-paced lean structure

- Ideal candidate would have spent 3-4 years as an analyst/associate in consulting/ strategy/ Chairman office role, preferably in BFSI space

- Basic understanding of banking, financial services space is desirable

- Work experience in organizations like - Consulting or Advisory arms / Strategy or PMO or CEO office in mid to large startups (else if has worked in larger corporates, then should preferably be in BFSI space)

Job Requirements:

Qualifications - Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree

Experience - 2-4 years in consulting/strategy/business analyst/Chairman office roles, preferably in BFSI space

Functional Competencies:

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Strong stakeholder management

- Strong project management skills

Behavioral Competencies:

- Sharp learning curve

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to handle ambiguity in role/ environment
