BharatPe - Program Manager - Revenue Operations - IIT/BITS/NIT/IIM

Responsibilities

1. Own and drive a select set of initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders and ensuring project completion

2. Define and independently manage data collection and analysis

3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and coordinating with multiple stakeholders; Comfortable with fast-paced work environment

4. Identifying and defining unstructured business problems, create metrics and alter them to accurately represent the business problems

Requirements

1. Degree from a premier educational institute - IITs, BITS, NITs, IIMs

2. Excellent problem solving skills, with proven examples of applying knowledge, experience, and judgment to ambiguous problems

3. Ownership and personal organization are essential

4. Ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment

5. Prior experience of similar role and responsibilities in BFSI, Fintech startups preferred.
