Program Manager - Organized Trade | BharatPe

Job Responsibility :

1) Report to Growth Head and support to drive the organized trade business to new scale.

2) Business Analytics ; Get complete grasp of the Organized Trade Business and share analytics and course correction measures with the region teams to drive business effectively.

3) Operations Management ; Coordinate between Sales, Ops, Tech and Finance team for day to day operations and streamline processes.

4) Stakeholder Management ; Work with the relevant stakeholders within Ops, Tech, Finance, Data Science and Marketing for effective business delivery.

5) Lead the team size of 4.

6) Build Capability and drive the MIS and Operations effectively.

Skill Sets :

1) Team Management

2) Strong Excel and PowerPoint

3) Data Science, R/Python and SQL is a must

4) MBA is preferred
