BharatPe - Operations Manager (Merchant Experience)
Role and responsibilities :
1. Oversee day to day ops at partner locations - reporting, scheduling, manpower planning, Quality management, service level delivery , abandon management
2. Work closely with our technology and service partners on automating service delivery and ensuring that SLAs are met.
3. Stay abreast of latest developments in customer service & apply best practices at partner operations.
Requirements :- Atleast 5-6 years of experience in running CC operations
- Team player with good written and verbal communication skills
