Manager- Swipe Operations |New Delhi

Role & Responsibilities :

- You will be responsible for building scalable and automated Pan India operations for our POS machine business

- You will enable new city launches through creation of necessary infrastructure (via technology, process and people) to expand our presence to 300+ cities

- You will be responsible for optimizing and automating our inventory management and for developing nation-wide reverse logistic and servicing capabilities

- You will provide data driven insights to enhance operational effectiveness and enable actionable decision making

- You will also be responsible for building and managing key vendor relationships for logistic and service delivery

- Managing agencies and on-field work force

- Delivering on key operational metrics such as TATs, cost per unit etc.

- Ensuring merchant delight through our operation process

- Delivering data backed and actionable insights for operation, business and product teams
