Manager - Public Relations & Communications


In this role you have the opportunity to work in critical areas of PR and Communications team for BharatPe with some of the brightest minds in the industry who are truly focused at building #bharatpeforbharat.

As a Senior Manager - PR and Communications, you will serve as the face of a company and will be responsible for managing and handling communications in both directions. You will act as the liaison between an organization and our audience - both merchants and consumers. You will be involved in various activities such as communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation.

Role & Responsibilities :

- You will work closely with the Head- PR and Communications and the other business stakeholders to close the PR calendar

- You will identify story ideas and proactively explore the same with the media

- You will partner with in-house and external graphic designers and other media-production specialists who are integral to the completion of Communication projects

- You will contribute ideas for new programs around content and brand communications, researching and recommending innovative Communication techniques for internal and external stakeholders

- You will independently conceptualize and plan PR campaigns for specific initiatives, analyze results and suggest improvements

- You will manage and track the output of the external agencies

- You will draft compelling stories and content for the brand-for a range of stakeholders

- You will be responsible for devising the content strategy for the brand- for specific audience

Qualifications :

- A post graduate degree in Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field may be required

- Your years of experience, pedigree, last role is all good to know. But, what we truly value is your knowledge, ideation, agility, team-spirit, can-do attitude and farsightedness.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience: Min. 6 years of PR/ Communications/ Content experience with an agency/digital-first brand.

- You should have the ability to research and understand key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impacts program

- You should have the ability to define the communications strategy of an emerging brand (preferably B2B)

- You should be able to understand social media landscape, and its application for brands

- You should have strong written and verbal communication skills

- You should have an experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

- You should have a creative thinking and problem solving mindset

- You should have an knack of social listening/digital analysis tools to track content impact

- You should have excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

- Experience in writing various forms of content including blogs, case studies, web content, social media content, storyboard, amongst others, while ensuring a consistent, targeted, and impactful message across all mediums
