BharatPe | Manager - PR & Communication


Job Purpose :

- Responsible for devising the content strategy for the brand- from merchant as well as consumer standpoint

- Responsible for executing/implementing the Content and Communications strategy for the brand

- Work closely with the PR and Communications Head

- Responsible for delivering engaging and consumable content in different formats for the target audience

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in journalism, strategic communications, or equivalent

a. Experience of working with a PR agency/Content agency/News media/company preferred

b. Digital agency/marketing experience can be an advantage

c. Experience of working with startups preferred

d. Experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

e. Experience of working with financial services/fintech will be a big plus

Functional Competencies :

- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

- Experience in defining the content strategy of an emerging brand (preferably B2B)

- Ability to build content calendar for various content deliverables

- Experience in writing various forms of content including blogs, case studies, web content, social media content, storyboard, amongst others, while ensuring a consistent, targeted, and impactful message across all mediums

- Partner with in-house and external graphic designers and other media-production specialists who are integral to the completion of Communication projects

- Contributes ideas for new programs around content and brand communications, researching and recommending innovative Communication techniques for internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to research and understand key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impacts programs

- Understanding of social listening/digital analysis tools to track content impact

- Knowledge of new age/ digital mediums preferred

- Excellent Stakeholder management; should be able to work closely with external and internal stakeholders

- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded
