Unity Bank| Manager - Performance Marketing | Brand Marketing
About Role:
We are looking for a self-driven, organized and highly project-oriented all-around marketing operation to join our marketing team. As a marketing operation, who will be responsible for managing marketing automation platforms and fully leveraging their capabilities. The person will be working closely with designers, developers, marketing managers, and product managers to implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Set up and manage marketing automation through marketing automation tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage etc.
- Work with content team to develop content to attract, acquire and nurture qualified and targeted audience to the business
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, with proper segmentation to maximize engagement
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
- Create and execute multiple engagement campaigns via Push Notifications, SMSes and other channels for various products and features for the Unity Bank.
Qualifications :
Marketing Automation Specialist with experience in working with marketing automation and digital marketing tools specifically CleverTap
The candidate should be Independent with strong functional expertise to manage and create a variety of campaigns with assistance from content team to increase CTR
Hands on experience in campaign setup, A/B Experiment & analytics
Excellent analytical, organizational & troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition, Can set priorities and be flexible in changing environment
