Job Summary: - To manage Consumer Experience for one or more of BharatPe's consumer facing products - Managing multiple outsourced service providers and internal stakeholders to provide the best possible consumer experience - Need to continually improvise customer service processes to enable operating teams to deliver customer delight with ease Role & Responsibility: - Ensuring smooth pan India customer service operations - Monitor and control Call Centre - Voice and Email for effectiveness and efficiency - Bring in best practices in customer service - Involve in coordinating with outsourced service provider and internal stake holders to ensure high standards of customer experience is delivered to customers by closely monitoring quality and speed of response. - Monitor and control Call Centre for effectiveness and efficiency - Ensure timely training updates and quality control - Ensure timely resolution of customer requests & complaints - Conduct product training as and when required - Control activities of all LOBs carried out at Call centre - Carry out on demand / adhoc outcalling activities - Invoice processing for all the vendors related to Customer service Skills & Competencies: - 7+ years of experience in operations and quality management processes - Consumer-first approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong track record of effective vendor management - Own and enhance customer satisfaction, performance of internal operations and people - problem-solving skills, good leadership qualities, decision making and communication skills - Ability to lead, supervise teams and work under tight deadlines. - Right attitude, commitment & follows processes to closures and provide feedback. - Data analytical skills, Planning and forecasting skills
