Manager/ Assistant Manager - Lending and Partnerships
Position Title Assistant Manager/Manager
Job Purpose :
- Responsible to strategize and implement key initiatives for Lender partnerships.
- Work closely with NBFC teams and internal cross-functional teams like Credit & Risk, Data Science, Accounts to formulate, organize and monitor the process.
- Assist in continuous cost reduction and data automation.
- Create and maintain a central data knowledge repository.
- Plan and design processes to drive business growth and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
- Own projects end-to-end, keeping teams and stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what's being developed.
Job Requirements :
Qualifications : Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree
Experience : 2 to 3 years in Fintech/BFSI and 1 to 2 years in lending
Functional Competencies :
- Lending Understanding
- Partnerships/Key Account Management
- Program management and stakeholder management
- Excel and Data Management
Behavioral Competencies :
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Cross functional stakeholder management
