Requirements : - Engineering/MBA graduate from tier 1 institute. - 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Automation, building automated user journeys, identifying funnel drop off opportunities and building omni channel communication plans. - Experience/internship with startup/startup like environment is a big plus - Setup the data pipeline working closely with the data science and engineering team to get real time data in the automation platform and device mechanisms to ensure they work as expected. - Set up, manage and optimize marketing campaigns/automated journeys through marketing automation tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage etc. - With a clear goal to improve funnel conversion rates run engagement campaigns via Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp and other channels. - Customer segmentation to improve engagement and performance. - Work with content team to develop content to attract, acquire and nurture qualified and targeted audience to the business - Monitor and keep track of important funnels and events in Marketing automation setup. - Design experiments to improve campaign performance. - Manage marketing engagement campaign efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards - Making sure all the campaign best practices and weekly/monthly targets are met.
