Assistant Manager - Lending & Partnership | BharatPe

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible to strategize and implement key initiatives such as NBFC partnership.

- Work closely with NBFC teams and internal cross-functional teams like Credit & Risk, Data Science, Accounts to formulate, organize and monitor the lending process.

- Assist in continuous cost reduction and data automation.

- Create and maintain a central data knowledge repository.

- Plan and design processes to drive business growth and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions.

- Own projects end-to-end, keeping teams and stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what's being developed.

Required Skills :

- Problem solving and analytical skills.

- Program management and relationship management.

- Cross functional stakeholder management across product, operations, business to ensure product growth and operations.

- Understanding of Lending & Financial services space is preferred.
