Job Responsibilities: - Provide the full spectrum of HR support for the assigned zone, being the key interface between HO and pertinent stakeholder. - Optimize organizational performance through HR expertise at a Zonal level covering all HR Functions - HR Operations &amp; Audit Responsibility - Personal Files &amp; ID Bonds - Employee Benefits - RO Reviews, Concalls &amp; Dashboard - Provide quick and prompt resolutions for issues - Audit Responsibility - Implement interventions to ensure No repeated audit observations HRMIS (SPARK): - Ensure qualitative and timely Salary Disbursements within the zone - Review Quality of SPARK entries by team members and provide timely feedback - Timely Inputs / transactions - Payroll Process (SPARK) Talent Management : - Recruitment of RO Staff &amp; Field staff - TM efforts - (Training, Khoj, Rewards &amp; Recognition, Fun @work) - Monthly - CARE DECK as per standards - Ensure Complaints / Request / Queries resolved within committed TAT - TATs committed by ROHR team considering the severity of the issue - Ensure PMS is rolled out and conducted smoothly - Quarterly / Annual - Ensure Timely roll out of ESS and adherence to schedules - Carve our initiatives to avoid repeated concerns (in the areas committed and agreed for improving - ESS) Statutory Compliance : - File all periodic returns ( ER I/II, Maternity, S&amp;E, PT, Minimum Wages) &amp; Labour welfare fund by / before timelines - S&amp;E Licenses - Renewal / Registrations / Closure / Mergers (post MS signoff) addressed within Timelines - Ensure All Notices / Summons are to be responded within timelines Disciplinary Issues - Ensure timely completion of Disciplinary and compliance cases as per SLA's defined - Handling and Closure of all grievances/issues raised at the branch and regional level - Calendar - Planning - ZHL's needs to prepare a calendar for self on monthly basis and review team's calendar - monthly - Calendar should comprise of a detailed review schedule of HR KRA's for all RO's in the assigned zone, including travel schedule for self and team - Similarly, RO Team members would prepare their respective calendars, which will be reviewed and approved by ZHL every month - To ensure submission of calendar for self for approval by HOHR and ZBH - before 28th of every month - On approval, publish the same to all stake holders - Obtain approval from HOHR and ZBH for any deviations to calendar - Regional Office Visit - ZHL Needs to visit at least 1 Regional Office in the assigned zone - Monthly - To conduct monthly review meeting (review all their KRA- s) with RO team members to understand the health of the RO (Regional Office) and suggest necessary interventions to bridge the gaps - Review can be conducted physically during the visit of RO OR over phone on monthly basis - ZHL to share the outcome of the meeting with RM's (on need bases with AM- s) and seek their views and inputs - Monthly - Post RM's meet ZHL would then discuss the outcome with ZBH - Monthly - ZHL also needs to collaborate with other Functional Zonal Leads such as Zonal Admin Lead, Zonal IT Lead and Zonal Training Lead - Monthly collaboration meeting - All meetings have to be documented (MOM's should be saved in the HR Shared drive) - Monthly - Other duties as assigned from time to time based on organizational needs. SKILLS &amp; COMPETENCIES : - Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable relationship building skills. - Sound knowledge of HR activities - Proficiency in MS - Office - Knowledge of forecasting techniques and valuation methods - Proficiency in written and spoken English &amp; Hindi - Willing to travel Education and Experience - Qualification in MBA / PGDM in HR - Experience - 8 to 12 years
