Position Summary - Acquiring & managing Bharat Money Stores to fulfil the value proposition of IndusInd Bank as rural branded Banking Service points. - Enhance revenue streams for merchants & Bank through Transactions, Liabilities, Ecommerce and OTC products - Evolve BMS distribution into best-in-class distribution channel by maximizing products and partnerships with various stakeholders - Manage profitability by ensuring optimum costs and maximum revenues - Manage the BC network as per compliance norms Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage a large network for entire payment-based solutions across merchant ecosystem. - Evolve a strong roadmap for best-in-class fully digital payment products for Small and micro merchants. - Establish and execute business plan and revenue streams for QR/digital emerging products - Work closely with tech & product teams to strengthen current platform offering, user experience, merchant flows. - Build distribution strategy and partnerships for effective and large-scale deployment of lending products - Build Liabilities book though innovative products customized for last mile - Build Assets book offering a creative product for merchants for their businesses. - Responsible for overall P&L for Business unit. - Tracking GMV, transactions, churn, and merchant issues. - Scale up engaged merchant base by constant tracking - Drive trade engagement initiatives to improve advocacy of brand, merchant loyalty and drive incremental transaction DESIRED PROFILE: Qualifications and Experience - MBA from reputed college - Min of 15+ years of experience in any retail distribution and acquiring last mile channel partners - and experience in BC /Payments industry with experience in Merchant Acquisition and Distribution with total Financial Services Distribution will be preferred. Skills - Strong Operational Management skills - Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable relationship building skills - Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
