Job Summary :

- The Senior Branch Credit Manager is responsible for managing the credit-related activities within the branch, including loan origination, credit analysis, and portfolio management.

- The BCM ensures compliance with credit policies and procedures, while maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate loan applications and assess the creditworthiness of borrowers.

- Gather and analyze financial data to determine loan eligibility.

- Recommend loan approvals or denials based on established criteria.

- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments.

- Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential risks.

- Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.

- Manage and monitor loan portfolios to minimize delinquencies and losses.

- Implement effective collection strategies for overdue loans.

- Prepare and maintain accurate loan documentation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with loan customers.

- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding loan products and services.

- Resolve loan-related inquiries and issues.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant credit regulations and internal policies.

- Prepare and submit accurate and timely credit reports.

- Participate in audits and reviews of credit processes.

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in credit analysis and loan management.

- Strong understanding of credit principles and lending practices.

- Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills.

- Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office Suite
