Role & Responsibilities : - Develop and execute a strategic internal communications plan : The resource will align internal and executive messaging for Employee engagement & prepare the IC calendar. Work cross-functionally across teams : As a part of Marketing & communication team, the resource will work in close partnership with Zones, Business heads, Human Resources, Admin, IT, and Leadership @ HO to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery. - Content Creation & Manage Intranet (Bharat Connect) : Plan, develop and author variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, announcements, blogs to be delivered across a variety of communications channels. Develop quotes from people, write stories, Collect, compile information, convert it into a good content & update on the Intranet portal (Bharat Connect) - Employer Branding & CSR : Conceptualize, Launch & roll out Employer branding proposition with relevant stakeholders within the organization & to the external audience in order to drive quality recruitment & persona building as preferred brand in BFSI sector. Liaise with cross functional teams for CSR initiatives and participation. Work closely with Brand SPOC and creative agency for communication design, launch & sustenance activities and ensure it becomes part of Mkt AOP. - Marketing SPOC role : Townhall, CSR, Annual Day, Family Day, Bharat Connect, Org Announcements, other employee initiatives Experience & Skills : - 5+ years of experience with Master in Mass communication. - Expert in writing in a corporate environment. - Good command over English language is a must. - Ability to lead & manage all Internal communications channels in one go, including corporate intranets, mobile portals, and other internal & social media channels e.g LinkedIn, Instagram, twitter, etc. Strong executive communications experience : Can write and tailor content for specific audiences that demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning, and stakeholder needs.
