Roles & Responsibilities: - To manage and handle teams in a productive manner. - Responsible for all activities/tasks assigned - To monitor and address any performance issues within your remit and ensure correct procedures are followed. - To ensure all reports are delivered to schedule with the highest standards of accuracy. - To handle 3-4 resources and capable to conduct an appraisal and career planning for his team members - To manage the workload and production of reports in a timely manner. - To foresee/forecast the key outcomes based on the trending of the reports generated - Participate in training and development initiatives as required. - Working with operations team, understanding business requirements and create standard templates for reporting / data requirements - Analyze the business data and identifying the improvement areas - Analyzing and tracking performance of sales team - To innovate new methods / reports / applications based on the available resources to reduce time and cost of the process related activities for quick and easy access to the data for all deliverables Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : - 2+ years and more, preferably in MFI/NBFC/Banking domain - Awareness of the Micro Finance concepts and business strategies - A good analytical and strategic approach towards all business concepts. - Ability to work effectively with other departments in a professional and effective manner. - Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage the production deadlines. - Ability to manage workflow in line with company requirements. - Should have ability to handle a team and ability to complete the projects on time
