POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for Statutory compliance related Human Resources team. Able to guide team on Disciplinary matters, Review the various notices received and its compliance. Monitor and ensure 100% of all Labor laws KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Facilitate to manage Disciplinary Matters - track disciplinary issues and initiate timely disciplinary action Address the key concerns, Grievance handling and redress the same at the earliest - Sound Knowledge on Labor Laws - Rules, Returns and Latest updates - Had hands on exposure on Domestic Inquiry procedure - Handling Court cases related to Industrial relations - Monitor and review Legal Compliance - Liaison with Statutory Authorities and maintain cordial relations - Coordinating with advocates, consultants - Timely monitoring of compliance and ensure 100% compliance - Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved. - Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future. - Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Corporate Compliance Committee of the Board and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts. - Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate and/or required. - Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program and relates activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness. Skills &amp; Experience : - A Postgraduate in HR with 10+ years of experience in HR Compliance and strong exposure to Labor Laws in BFSI. - LLB would be an added advantage
