POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for implementation of strategy and expansion of Secured lending Business (MSME - LAP, Affordable housing and other secured lending products) PAN-India along with managing teams of Zonal Managers, Territory managers, Cluster managers & Branch managers and must have experience in a similar role. The role involves setup of the sales vertical and build a loan book of Rs.15,000 crs in next 3 years. We expect the candidate to have suitable experience in building a large loan book with a good track record. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Expansion: - He/she will be responsible to achieve sales targets by successfully managing the reporting team. - He will be responsible for identification of potential markets and will ensure set up of branch network to drive Secured loans - MSME loans (Mortgages), Affordable housing and other secured lending products including Overdrafts; Liability products such as Current Account, Recurring and Fixed deposits; Cross-sell of other financial products. - Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand customer's base and ensure its strong presence in the assigned location Portfolio Quality: - Should ensure Portfolio quality with robust collection mechanism and delinquency management strategy. - Ensure on-time collection of loan and recurring deposit installments, primarily using standing instructions from customers. Monitoring & Internal Audit Compliance: - Ensure adherence to policies and processes, correct procedural flaws and appropriately address any possibility of fraud. - Ensure proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal audit recommendation. Reporting & Analysis: - Ensure proper and correct reporting to the management. - Competition bench-marking w.r.t products offered and changing market dynamics People Management: - Complete ownership of recruiting, training, KPIs setting and performance monitoring of Reporting Team. - Manage and groom its team for future roles. - Ensure fair and consistent HR practices.
