Designation : Finance Associate / Senior Finance Associate

Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

2. Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances

3. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast

4. Ad-hoc business performance reporting

5. Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments

6. Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports

7. Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives

8. Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis

Requirements

1. Preferred experience working in a startup and in high volume e-commerce companies

2. Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment

3. Great interpersonal skills

4. Diligent and analytical preferred

5. Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERPs preferred
